Ticket Times My Ticket LAst? Others First?

Why are other peoples tickets that get submitted after i submitted mine getting reviewed before mine is my tiket bugged its going on 3 dayd and i read some forums were the people opened a ticket the same day while mine was in que and got a response before i did this isn't making any since. Is my ticket bugged this is my 2nd ticket on the same thing cause my first dint get a response that had anything to do with what my problem is. First one was about 1 day its going on 3 days i think 4 days whats the deal. People are submitting tickets on the 19th and get responded on the 20th why is mine such a long wait and i have to stay up to talk to them because they for some reason didn't respond right to my first ticket it was totally off subject 2hrs of sleep for 3 days straight takes alot out of someone just to get this crap straightened out . I was offline the first ticket and didn't get to talk to a GM. Can anyone check on my ticket and see what the deal is with it?

Not all issues can be resolved without escalation, and some issues do take a bit more priority - such as say you were stuck somewhere. Thankfully those are typically very fast resolutions.

You do have another petition open in queue, it's currently 2 days 19 hours old, do leave it open. Abandoning and reopening a petition sets it to the end of the queue fresh.

No, actually that will make no difference at all in the resolution of your issue.
