Boss drop not received?

Heya! I just ran, at 2:47am server time, Heroic Nexus with a random group. The last boss dropped [War Mace of Unrequited Love], I rolled NEED, won the roll, however I never received it? It was not on the boss to loot after I won it nor is it in my bags. The chat log clearly states "You won: [War Mace of Unrequited Love]". I currently have a ticket open for this in game as well.

Any help with this is greatly appreciated!

Looks like you may have left the instance a bit too soon, but I do see your petition here. Please leave that open so this can be researched further for you.
