Your Ticket Has Been Escalated (3 days ago)

Hello, since I cannot open a ticket and speak to a GM as I currently have a ticket open, I was wondering if I could get some answers on my current ticket.

3 days ago I opened a ticket about an item NOT dropping off of Ragnaros. After doing some research I have come to learn that this is indeed a bug. I put in a ticket and now for the past 3 days the status just says: Your Ticket Has Been Escalated. What's going on with my ticket? If this is indeed a confirmed bug and I've already been transferred to the specialist's desk, what's taking so long?

My fear is now that the raid's have reset, I'll have to go and kill him again to get that "confirmed kill" on record again as well as having to horribly wait for another ticket. I took screenshots of my kill but for now, there has been no information, no word, and no clue as to when this ticket will be processed. Any blues; can you give me some information on what's taking so long?

Indeed, and I believe if you check your mail you will see this one has been addressed very recently.
