Purchased relentless gear instead of wrathful

Hello,

I recently purchased a full set of relentless gear on this character after 4.01 went live, because I started actually playing BG's with my friends. I bought relentless gear because the wrathful gear was grayed out to me, telling me I couldn't buy it because I didn't have the appropriate arena rating. After I had purchased all 5 pieces, I learned that I could have, in fact, been buying the wrathful pieces (except shoulders) because the rating had been removed, blizzard had simply not changed the tooltips or the graying out. So, I opened a ticket, asking for either an honor reimbursement (which would have put me over the cap, so not sure what would happen there) or a wimple gear swap (however, not perfect since wrathful IS more expensive).

I just got my response, and it's disappointing, to say the least. Basically, the GM said that there were adequate options available (confirmation boxes and the 2-hour return window [which of course ends as soon as you enchant the item]), then went on to imply it was my fault for not selecting the correct item. Which is, of course, ridiculous. It was blizzard's fault for not correcting the tooltips. In fact, I was PUNISHED for actually reading the items and not trying to buy items the tooltips clearly said I could not buy (not to mention the fact that they were grayed out to me).

Thus, I would like an honor refund, or would like my relentless helm, pants, chest, and gloves replaced with wrathful.

This is not a case of buyer's remorse, and it is not a case of me failing to read when buying the item and buying gear for the wrong spec. This is a case of me reading the in-game tooltips and them being incorrect, and thus the items should be restored, since the problem was on blizzards end, and not mine.

Please do leave it open until a Game Master can address this for you. I cannot say what the outcome will be, but it will be looked at again.
