Aggramar is Down Again

I've been playing since launch and I have never once called or emailed Blizzard to complain. I think their customer service has been impeccable as is anything they do and I think that they have always made up for the issues that they have that effect my gameplay. Hell, I haven't even ever asked for an item to be restored because I don't want to bother Blizz over an item in a game. This thing that's going on, with the server being going down with no warning and on a regular basis has really pushed my buttons. It would be fine if Blizz would at least acknowledge that it's happening and even better if they would say that they're going to do something about it.

Please Blizz, I beg you, don't turn into a company that has problem and pretends they don't exist. I'm intelligent enough to know that you're aware of the problem. At least admit it and tell us how you're going to fix the problem.

EDIT: I still love your company and I'm not threatening to quit buying your games or cancel my account but I don't want to get to the point where I have to do something like that to get a response.
