Unable to fill in my whole credit card number

Enter the number without spaces or dashes and you should be able to enter the credit card number completely.

You will want to be sure to complete one paid service before performing the other.

For example, if you have just paid for the transfer, log into that character, make the name change, completely exit the game, and then perform the Faction Change.

The Faction Change should default you with the new name and therefore you will not need to change it.

If you perform the Faction Change before changing the name in game, this character will be flagged for rename.
