Quick Question about a Ticket

I've forgotten how long ago I put in the ticket on this alt, about 3 days-ish I think, but I'm wondering if one of the CS Reps here can possibly peek at it and explain a bit about why it was escalated?

It was a ticket to ask a question about the new experience gain mechanics while gathering and how it works, but after about a day, the ticket was escalated without explanation or reply. I checked my email and nothing there to explain it either.

So, now I'm a bit concerned. Does the escalation mean that what I asked about was a bug or unintended mechanic, or did I do a poor job of explaining myself the first go-around? That's not outside the realm of possibility, heh. :p

I had already tried asking the question here on the forum, but someone flagged my post to be moved and it got shuffled off to Bug Reports without a reply. It's long since buried and gone under the weight of bug report threads post-patch.

We have a couple levels of representatives here, Iraten, and the escalation you received was from one of our newer Game Masters who was not able to address your issue directly. They felt it would be better if your question was answered by a representative who is more experienced than they are. Hope that makes some sense. >^.^<
