Resilience NOT working as expected.

Whatever they said they'd change resilience to is a lie.

First of all, the multiplier isn't 25% as expected, it was indeed 50% yesterday, I tested it, but it isn't 25% right, it's different, lower.

Also the cap isn't 60%, it's higher, the cap wasn't 80% yesterday either, I went up higher, I had 81.93% damage reduction yesterday.

Screenshots from today.

0 resilience, moonfire tick for 964.

Full resilience set, 1931 resilience, damage reduced 54.62% * 1.25 for 25% multiplier, damage reduction expected 68.27%

Yet damage took is 372. From 964 to 372 (964 * .3859 = 372) is a damage reduction of 61.41%. This is higher than the cap.

Slightly less resilience, 1798, damage reduction 50.86% * 1.25, damage reduction expected 63.57%

Yet damage took is 412-413, I'll assume 413 for simplicity. From 964 to 413 (964 * .4284 = 412.97) it's 57.16% damage reduction. This is lower than expected with 25% modifier.

TL;DR: Resilience isn't working as announced, cap isn't 60% nor modifier is 25%, I'd like to know the real numbers, it was working as expected yesterday, when it was 50% modifier, except the cap part, it wasn't 80%.

Resilience appears to be working as intended.

To use some clean numbers, if your resilience used to give you 40% reduction, we buffed it from 40% to 60% and then took it back down to 45%.

Percentages get very confusing to talk about when you increase a percent by a percent and then lower it by another percent.
