Unable to log in "information not valid"

As i try to log into my account, it says that the information i enter is not valid. I have an authenticator on my account so i tried it again thinking i may have punched the numbres in wrong. Three times later it still said my information was not valid. I went into my email and had no email saying my password has been changed, but i changed it anyway thinking maybe im not typing in something right. After doing all of this, it still did not work. Im wandering if my authenticator is messed up somehow. If someone could help me out that would be greatly appreciated

Based on the information you provided, and what I have been able to determine by looking at the account, this seems to be an issue with the authenticator being out of sync.
