"Your ticket has been escalated"

mine account had been compromised .. already got the screen back. But my main character was transferred to another server and had changed his nickname and a profession as well. and none of it was that I did! this is my char on a server unknown to me. I came to play now to be with my friends, but I'm already three days trying to resolve this. yesterday I was able to talk to a GM who had said I would receive emails warning that they are trying to solve my problem. I am with the ticket open for a long time .. I even thought that there had been a bug and closed and opened the ticket again .. I turned to other characters. but nothing so far..
now I'm starting to get worried and desperate.

I have reviewed the situation with the account, Ivanoize, and several Game Masters have already addressed your tickets as well as sent you several emails.

After they investigated your situation thoroughly, they came to the decision that they were unable to move the character back to the original realm because the transfer itself took place some time ago. In order for us to be able to restore items or revert characters, we need to be able to verify our records against a players claim. The details you mentioned were unable to be verified due to limitations in our logs.

With all of that said, the character transfer will not be reversed. If you wish to move the character you will need to do so on your own.
