This is a known issue we are still looking into, Yx. You can disable tooltips as a workaround.
Turn Off Tooltips

This can occur if you are no longer part of the group. Typically waiting a few minutes, will allow you back in.

I have been having these problems since the patch released, i know many others have these problems and thus far have not seen any effort on blizz's part to fix these problems.
