Mobile Authenticator reset

So my phone had been reset and I was not able to remove my mobile authenticator from my account before it was reset. Now I cannot log into my Battlenet account because of this. I have been trying to call billing and services but I keep getting a busy signal and when it does get through it says the waiting queue is full. I do have my old authenticator's serial number written down if that helps the process. Please let me know what I can do to resolve this issue. Thank you!

The lines do get rather busy, Gingavitus. Similar to a radio station though, keep dialing and you should be able to get through. Unfortunately only they can remove an authenticator off the account.

Keep in mind that you will need to fully verify the account and provide one of the following:
    Digital serial number for the Mobile Authenticator
    Classic World of Warcraft CD Key
If you have misplaced your CD key or did not write down the digital serial number you will need to fill out and send the following web form to accountservices@blizzard.com:
