No response from billing?

I recently posted about my account being hacked, and a month added to it, and was advised to email the billing department. I sent an email asking them to remove the month that the hacker added, and activate my game card instead for the time I had played. I see in my account history that this has been done, but I never received a reply. Does this mean that my email to them has been read and I can stop worrying, or will they get around to it and think I'm crazy because the 1 month charge is no longer there? lol.

Is it in reference to the account you are posting with, Belaszune?

Typically all e-mails will be replied to. Make sure the e-mail did not end up in a junk/spam folder.

Q u o t e:
is there a chance that whoever owned the credit card used by the hackers reported it and it was somehow automatically removed from my account?
It's possible, yes. I checked once again and it looks like the e-mail has not been replied to. You should hopefully receive a reply soon.
