New WoW account but trial limitations

Hi, firstly, I purchased this new wow account after accepting my RAF email link. However, after purchasing through digital online, I checked under RAF referral and I realised that my account is not linked with this? I suppose that my account should be linked with my RAF account as I had already clicked the link sent by battle.net to activate the trial code.

Can you please verify?

Secondly, I tried keying in TBC online cd key but it only puts me to an 'error occured' page without any further reason. I tried logging in-game wow but it said that my account is still under trial status? I realised I have 2 accounts under trial, namely WoW1, WoW2, but I do know that WoW2 is the purchased one and I have no idea how did I come out with WoW1.(lol). I really hope that it's linked with my friend's RAF.

Lastly, I clicked onto transaction history and saw that my order which I bought earlier on(the Standard WoW Edition) was still under Queued status. May I know what does that mean? And how soon can I know it'll be successful? Is that the reason why I'm still under trial account?

I really wish to play this soon without any limitations of a trial account. And I hope to enjoy the benefits from RAF so I could level as soon since I have done as instructed from the email.

Many thanks!

The account you are posting with does not have a trial account or RAF account.

This can be caused due to an error on the page or incorrectly typed cd key. In very few cases the key will apply correctly even after the website results in an error. Verify your account level by logging in to http:/us.battle.net

This may be the reason why the account is not linked. If the first account(wow) upgrade was done incorrectly, the page creates a brand new account (wow2), which is not linked with RAF.

Correct, in queue means the transaction for the upgrade is still processing. It can take up to 72 hours for the transaction to complete.
