Talent points are not saving

For some reason, I am no longer able to save any new talent points I receive. After pressing the learn button, I confirm that I want to save them and nothing happens. After closing the talent window, I get a message at the bottom of the screen saying that I have unspent talent points. I have attempted disabling all addons, and restarting the game.

If Frags suggestion doesn't help you will want to contact a GM in-game.
