I'm a retard, and ticket open for 4+ days

So I'm a moron, I had tanking pants made for this guy on my mage (toon name Cog) and I decided since I had the leg enchant on the mage Id just toss em on the pants and mail em to this toon...as you can guess my mage has bop tanking pants now. They are the pillars of might, I was wondering if there was any way this could be reversed, thanks in advance, once the ticket had been open 4 days, i deleted it and made a new one thinking it had been bugged or something

As stated above, Serje, our queue times are slightly over 4 days currently. Please be sure to keep your petition open until you receive a response. By closing your first petition you effectively stepped out of line and were sent to the back when you created a new ticket.
