HH Mount Drop Rate Bugged?

Is the HH mount drop rate bugged?

I've also gotten the mount on all 3 of my characters today, and several people in my guild have gotten the mount and also 3/5 ppl in my first group got it and 4/5 in my second group got the mount and I've seen about 40 of these mounts running around Org this morning, and the ones I'ver whispered said they all got it today....
