Most GM's use the official, standard, form-letter approach to servicing a ticket. And that's okay, its nice and professional and mechanical.
Saverradas roleplayed out the entire interaction from start to finish and addressed my issue with a personalized approach... Unlike some other tickets I've had serviced, I could tell that Saverradas cares because of the extra effort to stay in character while taking care of business.
This was easily the best GM interaction I've had in months, and quite possibly since I first started playing, back towards the end of Vanilla WoW.
Absolutely outstanding!
