Druid stuck in death phase for 6 days now!!

Here's the breakdown -- Tuesday, the day of the 4.0 patch I get on my druid and redo all my talents and bars and all that stuff. Then I go do the daily JC quest, finish it, and decide to see how many mobs I can take on at once with my new spec and what not... well, eventually I die, but since I finished what I was there to do I took res sickness and hearthed to dalaran to turn in my quest... well, it didn't work out the way I had hoped. I'm alive, I can cast spells, mount, run around blah blah blah but I can't see anyone, no mailboxes, no players, no vendors, no npc's, no guild bank, nothing. For the past 6 days I've been using my moll-e to get my mail, and jeeves to access my bank. I'm stuck ni the death phase apparently, and no one can see me, nor can i see them. just out of curiosity i joined a random dungeon to see if that would pull me out, but no, I walked through the entire instance, no mobs, nothing. I can be seen on the mini-map, but not in character. I've killed myself numerous times, with and without taking res sickness, to see if it would get me back in the game, but nothing worked, I've done battlegrounds, dungeons, everything, and I can't see anyone or anything interactive. I would really like to play my character, I've had a ticket open since the issue began - six days ago! If anyone has had any experience with this, omg I would appreciate it so much. Thanks :)
