Netherwind Presence Not Showing up

I am currently attempting to mess around with my spec however netherwind presence is not changing my spell haste at all in the character screen. Is this a mistake? The same is also true for when I am getting a spell haste buff from another class.

From what I have been able to find, Killamf, it does look like the haste rating is being applied from the talent, it is just not appearing on the character screen.

We hope to have that resolved in an upcoming patch.
