Can a blue check my ticket quick to see if its stuck? Much appreciated.

In the future though, Êphrum, we kind of frown on posts that call for blue attention - we aren't always able to address each forum post. I've edited your title with a bit of a suggestion as how would be best proceed in the future on these kinds of issues.

As for your issue at hand, your ticket is still in queue and not stuck. Our queue times are much lengthier than we'd prefer, unfortunately, so it is currently awaiting the next available Game Master. You can always see an estimate of our current queue times over here on our Twitter feed.
