Hacked!

I cannot possibly contemplate this being a patching glitch. My main warlock on Fizzcrank is gone without a trace. Also, 35+ lvl alts, mostly tauren female, were created on random servers with gibberish names. Also, my chat was disabled so i cannot speak ingame.

I am so confused because Blizz has said "missing characters" is a known issue but the evidence shows i've been hacked. Im running a scan and i filed an ingame petition. What else can i do to get my toons back ASAP? i am very distressed....
