Failed Character Transfer

Hello,

I'm trying to transfer my level 80 hunter, Rendran, from one server to another.

However, when I input my credit card information(I'm using a prepaid card...but I have NEVER had any issues with it before, as I used pre paid cards multiple times for character transactions) I either get a "There was an error processing this credit card.", or my Google Chrome client crashes, yet I input all of the same data that I always use.

Is there any reason that this is happening? I am frustrated and would be very irritated if I wasted 50 dollars for the card and cannot use it(I have a bad credit score so no real credit card for me..).

Prepaid cards can occasionally be tricky, Anmortis.

Due to address verification issues prepaid credit cards may not always be accepted. Some prepaid cards require registration of the card before they can be used online. You may wish to check the credit card balance as well; just to be sure the funds are there.

Lastly, if the credit card issue persists, Account Services may be able to assist with the transaction:
