I find it to be unsatisfactory customer service that for a solid two years whenever you open a ticket the system informs you that blizzard is "currently experiencing a high volume of petitions". We should only recieve this message unexpectedly, not on a regular basis.

We do our very best to keep our players informed of the queue time status, Flashdance, however I do understand your frustration with the messaging.

As Tylara mentioned, we post the ticket queue times on Twitter twice a day: once at 7:00am PDT and again at 8:00pm PDT. If you would like to become a follower, you can find the link in my signature. We not only post queue times but also breaking updates when we can.
