Transferring wow account with bnet

Hey, I've got this somewhat particular issue.

Before BNet was introduced, my brother and I used to play on two separate accounts, both however were under my name as it was needed to transfer a character to his account so he could play (instead of a new toon).

This worked fine for a while and due to circumstances he had to stop playing, during this time Bnet was attached to wow.

Now he wants to start playing again but we can't figure out how to access his account. Of course he wont be able to log into the game itself as you need a bnet account to do so. He went to create a bnet account so he could merge it with his wow one, but heres the thing, his old account is still registered under my name so it wont merge with his bnet account, says that the information is incorrect.

So I ask, what is there that I can do?

Do I create a second bnet account under my name and somehow attach my brothers account to that one, if thats even possible?

Can I directly attach his account to his new bnet account?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

You could merge the old account in your name to your current Battle.net account, Kymi, or merge it to a second Battle.net account if it is also created in your name. To merge an account, open up the 'Account Summary' page in your Battle.net Account Management and select the option on the far right, 'Merge a World of Warcraft Account.'

In either event, please understand that the account would belong to you and strictly speaking this means it should not be shared with any other individual, even if that individual is your brother.

When you log in, you will be prompted with a list of account associated with that Battle.net account. From there, you can pick which you wish to log in with. >^.^<
