Query regarding gold and automated suspension

So i am looking to faction transfer but i am currently sitting at 112,000 gold well over the limit

So i am going to send it to an alt

the only problem is the last time i put 90,000 into the guild bank then took it back out a few hours later i was hit with a 72 hour suspension for exploiting the economy and i am worried that going from 112,000 to 20,000 will trigger this again

Is there some way i should go about avoiding this? e.g. send small amounts of like 20,000 over a few hours
or will i be safe doing the lump sum in one go? and last time it was just because i went to the guild bank that caused the issue?
