Ive got an I-5 Intel quad core and a 5770 ATI card. Until the patch I was running at max everything with like 90fps no problem all over the place. Since the patch I go down to 10 fps at time... WTF??

Whats even stranger is that it will be really low and then I will move my camera a couple degrees and then it will spike up to playable numbers but then drop back low after a few seconds. Ive updated all my drivers and even ran it in dx11 mode since my card supports it but nothing seems to help.

I know I can run the game at high settings no prob cuz my older pc with just a 8600gt doesnt seem to have these issues.
