Item restoration issues

Hello CSF,

My account was recently compromised. I took a little break from the game, due to SCII coming out and classes starting up again. A few days ago a friend let me know that someone was playing WoW on my account. I got to my computer asap and tried to log in and found that my information had been changed. I quickly tried to reset my PW via the website, but they had chaged the email on the account, so I couldn't.

When I got time 2 days later, I called billing and got the account back under my control. I could tell via the armory that some items were missing from my characters, so I asked the representative to put in a restoration ticket for me. She did, but I got a email a few hours later saying that my account seemed normal. I was relieved until I patched and logged in.

My DK was in full gear in Sethek Halls with over 2k gold on him. Armory says that he cleared it 93 times(none of which I was playing.) My Hunter(Steinschlag on Mal'Ganis) and my Mage(Cryophilous also on Mal"ganis) were both stripped of gear and their inventory/banks/gold. My bank alt seemed untouched thankfully.

Also, the account was subscribed with a credit card that isn't mine. I canceled the subscription and resubed with my own information, but I still have close to a month left that I haven't payed for with my own money.

**I should also note that before any of this happened, I updated my out of date security software and ran several scans and found a trojan and a keylogger on my machine.

Anyway, I was hoping that some kind soul here could shed some light on the situation and maybe ask kindly for someone to look over my account again.

Edit: I forgot to mention that I put a in-game petition in as soon as I discovered that things weren't right.
