well the deal is i paid to upgrade my account more than 5 days ago with a pre-paid master card. i then called the support people for the mastercard to make sure the payment went through it said that it did but im still on trial account and i paid for my service. whats going on did i get screwed??

I'm afraid I don't see where this account was upgraded, Worldd. =>.<= It's possible my tools haven't updated, but I highly recommend contacting Billing & Account Services regarding this issue.
