Faction Change Issue

If it didn't really go through, that would be a pending charge and is standard on most internet transactions.

Your financial institution puts a hold on funds or available credit in preparation for a charge to come through to match it. If one never does, that eventually drops off, but the time varies based on your bank or credit companies rules.

I'm not seeing any of the usual suspects on your druid that would prevent a transfer.

This could be billing related somehow - but we cannot see very deeply into that system.
