Is the Email wowGM@blizzard a 24 hour contact? Since he is in Australia and his work hours are not that of the USA he isn't able to contact them easily. Though I'm his wife and here in the USA I am unsure if they will allow me to help with this issue? Any other suggestions? He tried to use the direction sent Via Email 5x to no avail. :(
They are open 13 hours a day -7 days a week.
