Regarding my ticket

Hello! I hate to be one of those people who harasses the poor poor reps here on the forums about their ticket and times and all that stuff. I promise I will make this simple. Basically, I really really need to speak with someone in game about my ticket. but I'm afraid that if I log off and go to sleep they'll get to it and just send me a generic response and I'll have to put in another and bog down the system. Unfortunately 500 words is not enough to describe my issue and why I need to speak with someone directly about it. I am posting from an alt for anonymity sake, because of the nature of my issue.

Information behind the edit.

If you ever run out of room, you can always email your ticket to [email protected]. That goes into the very same queue as in game tickets, as well as give you as much room as you need :)

This is true, and I'd put that individual character on /ignore and don't take him off for any reason.

I do see your petition, it's been escalated.

Now, real life threats are an entirely separate thing. We have no jurisdiction over any form of communication except ingame, but if you feel you are being threatened, you should contact law enforcement.

If they need any records from us, they contact us and we are always more than happy to cooperate with law enforcement.
