Can and/or does Blizz ever do anything about this?

Some one showed me were they plays today(private server)...and honestly? it upset me. Its not the kinda of private server were u can make your self be lvl 184923, which is the kind ive been told about in the past. Its straight up another WoW...GMs and all, just smaller in population.
Why do they get to do this? While we all play our hard earned $ for every game and monthly fee, not counting xfers etc. They spend 0$, to enjoy the same thing.
What ever the answer is i will continue to pay for my WoW, like i have been since release. I have no interest in ever taking the chase of getting in to trouble for playing on a private server.
I guess i just find it unfair?

They are absolutely a violation of our terms, Pia. You can report suspicious activity such as this by sending in the relevant information to [email protected] - they investigate these sorts of shady deals.

The best way is to identify the website or server that the player in question is running the game from. Often times private servers will give themselves names or titles, and may or may not have a website associated with it. Any of that information would most helpful. And no worries on where you are reporting from - that should have no bearing on the e-mail you send in, or the webform you submit from.

Thanks for taking such a pro-active stance on reporting these issues. >^.^<
