Petition question

I have been waiting going on 3 1/2 days now for my petition to be answered. I've been wanting a item restored that was accidentally deleted with a low level character. It's the heirloom 2handed mace called Re-purposed Lava Dredger. What bothers me really is my friend posted a gm petition yesterday about his horseman loot and his ticket was answered the morning after. what's going on is something wrong with my petition. The Character that was deleted was named Lakoto he was a level 19 shaman.
