I'm sorry to hear that, Albinokilla and Nymphoadora (or do you prefer Tonks?).

I'm certain our Technical Support department would help you to troubleshoot the issues you may be experiencing. Though there is a lot of troubleshooting advice found in the Tech Support forum sometimes it is best to contact them directly if the steps you have found don't seem to help.

Q u o t e:
Tonks and ty for the response , it is the first i have recieved in almost 2weeks. sigh but i almost wonder if u r just like a tease and really dont know how to solve the problem.

Well I'm not a Technician so this isn't my area of expertise but based on your petitions I would recommend a few things.

First, do a complete reset of your User Interface. Even if you are not running addons it is possible to have a corrupted file that may be causing some of the issues that you are experienced. Make sure you follow the directions based on the operating system you are using as simply renaming or deleting the WTF, Interface and Cache folder does not always due to the trick because of the way Vista and Windows 7 stores information.

UI issues is the most likely cause preventing you from being able to make purchases with your Justice points.

Your blue screening and other graphical issues could be from a corrupted file but it could also be because your graphic drivers need to be updated. The following link is to a sticky in the Technical Support forum with graphical troubleshooting advice including driver update links.

I'm not certain if you have tried those steps or not but those would be my recommendations based off of what you reported. Good luck, Tonks, if you have more specific symptoms I may be able to hunt down the appropriate troubleshooting steps or perhaps one of your fellow posters who are more tech savvy could help.
