Hi there,

Dont know if this is the right forum, but im jus hoping for a little help.

I put in an ingame ticket either thurs or friday last week and still have no response. I do appreciate the gms are busy with the queries from the patch, but im thinking that 6 days is a bit long for a reply.

Posting on here in the hope a blue might be able to give someone a prod to help me :)

Your ticket has been in queue roughly 4days 6 hours, Fliss. As you can see below our queue times are around +4 days.
