Shadow Vault Phasing Issue

My first issue I have currently has to do with The Shadow Vault in Icecrown. I completed all of the quests for that area and before the patch I would be able to phase into the friendly zone for it.

Now after the patch it has switched back to the original phase where there are hostiles and I no longer am able to access the Ebon Blade Quartermaster.

This is a huge problem if and when I need to get another helm enchant (I am going to be up for heroic tokens with my dkp).

Has this issue been seen else where? I do not have any quests in the area so it doesn't look like the quests reset, just the phasing of the area reset.

Has the northern spices vendor in Dalaran been put on the bug list and is there an explanation as to when/if we will be able to purchase spices again? I'm in Shai Hulud, BUT CAN'T CONTROL THE SPICE!!!!!!

When was the last time you checked that area, Zenflux? From what I can see this character has not completed those quests.

If you had completed those quests prior to your Faction Change back in March, those quests would have been lost as part of the Faction Change process.

Unfortunately, Zenflux, if you had completed those quests after your Faction Change I'm not certain that we'd be able to verify it. I was unable to find any other reports of quests being lost due to the patch.

You should be able to speak with Koltira Deathweaver on board the Orgrim's Hammer. You still have the reputation so you only need to complete the quests to regain access.

It is a known issue that we hope to have addressed as soon as possible though I do not currently have a time frame on when that might be.

This was completely normal up until this past patch. I see this as a bug, not something to do with me making a faction transfer...as I have post-transfer been able to purchase the helm enchant.

1/23? I show that you Faction Changed this character on 3/23. I assume you mistyped. :)

Unfortunately, Zenflux, though you may view this as a bug I was unable to find any other reports of players missing quests. If such a thing happens it generally happens to many players. Though I can verify that your Gnome Rogue completed the quests prior to the Faction Change we simply do not have any verification that you had completed the quests after you Faction Changed, I'm sorry.

You are welcome to post in the Bug Report forum and our Quality Assurance team can look into it but I'm not certain what can be done. Without verification we are generally unable to assist in such cases.
