Realm transfer issue!

Im trying to move to a different realm, since 3 days ago,
im getting this msg:
"The character you are trying to transfer has mail in his or her mailbox, or inbound mail that hasn't arrived yet (possibly from a quest). Please wait until all inbound mail has arrived and make sure your mailbox is empty before trying again. "

i have 0 mail
havent done a quest in months
0 itens in AH

so im thinking, maybe because i joined the brew club, and imma receive the brew of the month,
but since i only got 1 so far, i can only transfer in 11 months from now???

I checked the mail for you, Morgarot, and there was some residual mail that had not deleted completely from the mailbox. The mail has been manually deleted at this point so you should be able to perform your transfer.

Please exit the game completely and head on over to Account Management to proceed with the transfer.
