Can't redeem RAF mount - blue please help

I was wondering how I would go about looking into this.

I am on the recieving end of refer a friend. I've paid for 60 days using a timecode. When I go to the battle.net site, it shows my linked account, it shows when my play time expires (in january) but there is no reward in the rewards list.

How do I get this fixed?

As Giresse mentioned, only the veteran account will be able to redeem the Rocket Mount, CÃ´vet.

While you won’t be able to redeem the mount, you will be able to take advantage of the triple experience, summoning one another, as well as grant levels to a character on the veteran account.
