Missing Item off Ragnaros

Greetings,

I have been attempting to complete the Treasure of the Timeless One quest chain. I am currently stuck on "The Only Prescription"... I submitted a ticket a few days ago, but it has not been looked into yet. My group killed Ragnaros on Saturday afternoon.

The Draconic for Dummies volume VIII didn't drop off the Boss... I went and looked into the issue and found several people experiencing this issue and they all had to submit a ticket to have the item sent to them via the mail by a GM...

I figured sweet, shoot an easy ticket up, get a fairly reasonable response time, leave some good feedback for the GM, and finish my quest chain by Maintenance Tuesday.... Here it is Tuesday afternoon and still no GM response...

Any chance the mighty GM's here on the forums could help me out sooner than later so I can finish this quest chain?

Unfortunately no, Shaytan. While we understand the queue times are a bit higher than normal due to the holiday events, this is an issue our gm's will need to look into.
