Bash'ir Landing Assault bugged on WrA

So I was in the area of Blade's Edge and it's been a while since I've taken an attempt on the event Assault on Bash'ir Landing so I thought I'd stop by. At the time, the npc Aether-tech Apprentice told me that it would begin in 9 minutes.

However, I have been waiting at Bash'ir Landing at the Crystalforge, waiting for the guys to fly in, but it's now 31 minutes after the time they were supposed to show up and still no event.

I flew back to the landing pad a few times to check with the Aether-tech Apprentice, and he seems to be stuck on telling me that they will be leaving in 0 minutes.

I am pretty sure the assault is every 2 hours, but it seems it is bugged currently.

Is this possible to be fixed by a GM?

This is on the Wyrmrest Accord server.
