Item with Block Value Ticket Response

I submitted a ticket (on this toon) regarding an item I found with block value on it. You responded both ingame and with an email.

First of all, thank you.

Secondly, the directions seemed...well, it was just an item with block value. Deleting the cache folder I guess I can understand. Uninstalling addons seems overkill, since the only addon I use is Omen3 (which I seriously doubt afftects item stats). And I can't think of a reason why my keybinds and macros are at fault and need to be cleared.

Are all of these steps really necessary?

If you have already deleted your Cache folder and the item remains the same you shouldn't need to do anything else. It is likely that the item was simply overlooked when the stat changes were implemented.

Our Quality Assurance team should be able to look into your post and see what needs to be done to take care of the stragglers.
