I need an answer

Okay so don't move this, I've already posted suggestions because it irks me and I definitely don't agree with it.

I want to know WHY y'all had the awful idea of putting the achievment items in "loot sacks." I have probably the worst luck ever and I rarely get anything that I farm for.

But, I'm still willing to farm for it. I don't see why you had to go and sacrifice your bad luck player base to the random number gods. It's not fair that we only get 14 chances at these things. If I were still able to talk people into running the damn events 25 times a day and still didn't get what I wanted, I'd feel better that y'all weren't trying to screw me over. But really, that's what you're doing to those of us who have crappy luck.

So again, don't move this, because I want an answer and "customer service" is where most people go to get those.

@Trolls, stay out of my thread. I don't care that you think I must feel entitled to things. The only thing I feel entitled to is the chance to farm things. So get out.

Heya Shmoo,

I understand you have already posted this in the suggestion forums, which is where it should be for our developers. I am not one, the only answer you can get from me is, I do not know, why they make the decisions they make or why it is the way it is. They decide how they want to do things, sorry for not being able to answer your question with specifics.

Heya Zenlyth,

I understand that you have already replied to this thread, in which you give very good followup methods for fulfilling the desires of the OP. It's worth noting however, that I am not the OP. I believe you meant to address this to Peggysue. This is why they make Edit buttons. 8)

love,
shmoo

PS- /wink wink /nudge nudge
You are correct Shmoo, I did mean Peggysue. Thank you, my apologies.
