Need a bit of help here. I joined a group for Headless Horseman, queue popped, then game got stuck at the loading screen so I had to force-quit through the Task Manager. I tried to log back in and I get the "a character with that name already exists" error... I can log on to other characters just fine, just not this one (BTW, it's the same character I'm using to post). What do I do...?

Usually.

That's an indication the character still exists ingame and has not yet auto-logged.

If it does NOT clear up, couple things you can try.

Sometimes logging into another character on that realm will force the first one off-line.

If it persists and the second character login doesn't work, you'll want to submit a petition and ask that character be booted offline and/or moved.
