I have diligently tried playing my hunter since the patch came out but find it to be unteneble. I feel I deserve a refund for this monthly period. Since I have canceled my account a thirty day credit will not be acceptable. Please have your billing department contact me so we can get this figured out.

Are you a Blizzard Company representative?

No, he is not, but he has read the first post in this forum and understands what it is used for, Ocean. As these forums are here for players to discuss the game and help one another account he provided you sage advice.

I'm sorry that you find your class untenable though do you mean the Hunter is untenable or are the changes to it?

Some players have enjoyed the changes to their class and others have not though there is a great deal of advice to be found in your class forum.

Though we rarely reimburse for content change you are welcome to contact our Billing and Account Services department if you wish to make such inquiries.

You can call 1 (800) 592 5499 (1-800-59-BLIZZARD) 7AM-8PM (PST/PDT) for live representation.
Australian users should please call 1-800-041-378 if the standard 800 line does not work.

Ocean, I'd also like to remind you that these are the very first weeks after a huge game changing patch. Our Developers are closely monitoring the feedback they receive from these changes and already there has been adjustments made to certain classes and specific skills though not everything can be done in a hotfix.

After 5 years I truly hope you understand that very few things are written in stone and player feedback is monumentally important to us.

Obviously if you don't enjoy playing anymore there is little I can say to dissuade you, but it is never a good idea to simply throw your hands up in the air assuming that's that, especially while the dust is still settling. Give your feedback, either in the Suggestions forum or the Hunter forum, if you are constructive in your feedback it truly helps to collect it. :)

You are aware that the Armory is in Beta and not always up to date, right?

True, though it normally updates a bit faster. At the moment it seems that it hasn't updated a number of players but hopefully it will soon.
