Unfortunately because of a great number of petitions being submitted with issues, questions and a complaints regarding the patch our queue times, which were under 6 hours pre-patch, have risen dramatically.

Though those of us who moderate this forum are happy to help remove the mail to allow you to transfer we aren't always able to get to each and every thread, which is why we recommend submitting a petition in addition to posting and bumping your thread if it falls off the page. :)
