I need to prove I had Alchemy as a profession

I recently resubscribed to World of Warcraft, not without hassle. Long story short, my account was compromised, went through a huge hassle to even access my account, I lost 8 characters that I know(of which I can't get back), and my Main account (thankfully still alive) had it's profession changed from Alchemy to Mining.

I thought that through all that I have lost with my decently leveled characters and my account compromised (even with taking all of Blizzard's security suggestions), I could at the very least get back my profession on my main. I put in a lot of gold to get recipes and I even got all the Flasks that you have to discover from Burning Crusade.

To be fair, the GM who attempted to resolve the situation was understanding, but couldn't restore anything because there was no proof that I had alchemy as a profession. I checked my items, and everything I had left on my account was purchasable or bind on equip. I throw this problem out to the forums as a last ditch effort. Blizzard hasn't provided any solutions to me over this past week, but I'm hoping someone out there has some power or some solution to help me get through this.

I know it seems like a small thing, but after everything that I lost, it'll make all the difference.
