Account still LOCKED??!!!

Our Billing and Account Services department will process your information as soon as possible, Diazel. If you can give me the name and realm of a character on the locked account I can confirm that you sent the information to the correct place but further assistance regarding this matter is not possible via the forums.

It appears that an e-mail was sent from the registered address on that account asking for the account to be unlocked but I see no attached documents or completed form that would enable us to do that.
The e-mail address registered to the account you are posting on has not been used to send any information.
Diazel, if you wish to recover the account and unlock it you'll need to follow the instructions that are in the .pdf file located in the e-mail that was sent to registered address on that account. It should have been received on the 13th.
