I've read the solutions to fixing lag and fps issues (btw they do not work for most ppl) and it is really offensive that you would tell us what WE need to do to correct it.
Point is, that we've gone from a patch that everyone was happy with, to a patch that should never have passed the ptr. No one had these issues before this patch, unless of course it was due to their connection, so obviously it's your patch that needs fixing. Not our settings etc, but your patch.
The complete disregard for us during issues downloading and even installing this patch has really made myself and a lot of other people wonder if it's worth playing Blizzard games at all.
And although I wasn't affected by the removal of enchants from gear I found it disturbing that you said that there was nothing you could do about it. Here's an idea to correct the problem: Send everyone 1k gold for their troubles so that they may enchant their gear and re-gem if they need to. It's not even real money!!
Here's another idea. Apologise to us! A statement on the home page should do just fine.
And one final solution to our problems: Fix whatever is causing the fps and lag issues. After all, it IS your problem.
Reading the 'known issues' thread is amusing in that nothing most of us are complaining about is even mentioned.
Love you Blizz, but this is ridiculous.
