Legit email from Blizzard?

I was checking my spam folder and found this in there

I assume that because of the legit websites that it's real, but I have no in any way, shape, or form tried to sell my account or anything on my account and I am confused why I got this email. I recently have been looking into changing the name on my account from my dad's name to my name for Real ID purposes, but I have not submitted anything at all.
